- 研修フォローアップサービス：お申込み後、研修実施日に合わせて調整
- 外国人従業員向け資格取得サポート：個別にスケジュール調整
具体的な開始日時は、お申込時にご案内いたします。
申込の有効期限
お申込後、当社が指定する期日までにお支払いを確認できない場合、お申込みは無効となります。

サービス開始前のキャンセル

サービス開始後のキャンセル
サービス提供開始後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。
弊社都合による中止
天災地変、その他やむを得ない事由により、弊社の判断でサービスを中止する場合があります。その場合、お支払いいただいた金額を全額返金いたします。
返品・交換について
本サービスは役務の提供であるため、商品の返品・交換には対応しておりません。
引渡時期
サービスは、お申込み受付後、当社が指定する日時より提供を開始いたします。

オンラインサービスをご利用の場合、以下の環境を推奨いたします。

本サービスで提供される教材、資料、コンテンツ等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。これらを当社の許可なく複製、転載、販売等を行うことを禁じます。

Additional Fees
- Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
- If there are designated textbooks, the cost of purchasing textbooks is separately borne by the customer.

- Certification Support for Foreign Employees: Individually scheduled
Specific start dates and times will be provided at the time of application.
Application Validity Period
If payment confirmation is not received by the deadline specified by the Company after application, the application will become invalid.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Before Service Start

Cancellation After Service Start
Cancellations and refunds due to customer convenience after service provision has begun cannot be accepted.

In cases where the Company cancels the service due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
As this service is the provision of services, we do not support returns or exchanges of goods.
Delivery Time
Services will begin from the date and time specified by the Company after receiving your application.

For online services, the following environment is recommended:
