第2条（個人情報の定義）
「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法第2条第1項に定義される、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含みます）、または個人識別符号が含まれる情報をいいます。

当社は、以下の方法により個人情報を取得します。
- お問い合わせフォームへの入力
- メールでのお問い合わせ
- サービス申込時の入力
- セミナー・講座の申込時の入力
- アンケートへの回答
- アプリケーション利用時の入力（メールアドレスによるアカウント登録を含む）
- Cookieやその他の技術を用いた情報の自動取得
第4条（個人情報の利用目的）
当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供、運営、改善のため
- お問い合わせへの対応のため
- セミナー・講座の運営および関連情報の提供のため
- 研修フォローアップサービス（特許第7578861号）の提供のため
- 資格試験合格支援教育コンテンツサービスの提供のため
- アプリケーションサービスの提供、保守、管理のため
- ユーザー本人の認証およびログイン管理のため
- メールマガジン、資料、その他のお知らせの配信のため
- 本サービスに関する重要なお知らせの通知のため
- 統計データの作成および分析のため（個人を特定できない形式に加工します）
- その他、本サービスの円滑な提供のため
第5条（個人情報の第三者提供）
当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
- 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
- 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
第6条（個人情報の委託）
当社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を第三者に委託する場合があります。その場合、当社は、個人情報を適切に取り扱っていると認められる委託先を選定し、委託契約等において個人情報の適切な管理を求めるとともに、適切な監督を行います。
第7条（クラウドサービスへのデータ保存）
当社のアプリケーションサービス（OJT navi 等）では、ユーザーが入力したカテゴリ、タスク、進捗データ等のアプリデータを、ユーザーのデバイス内およびGoogle LLC が提供するクラウドサービス「Firebase」のサーバーに保存します。
- 保存されるデータ：メールアドレス（本人認証用）、カテゴリ名、タスク名、学習時間、進捗履歴、タスクログ、ユーザー名等のアプリ利用データ
- 保存先：Google LLC（Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore）
- 目的：ユーザー本人の認証・ログイン管理、データのバックアップおよび復元、サービス品質の維持・改善のため
- Googleのプライバシーポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy
ユーザーはアプリ内の「全データを削除」機能を使用することにより、デバイス内およびCloud Firestoreサーバー上のアプリデータを削除することができます。また、アプリ内の「アカウント削除」機能を使用することにより、Firebase Authentication上のアカウント情報（メールアドレスを含む）を削除することができます。
第8条（個人情報の開示・訂正・削除）
ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等の請求があった場合、当社は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
- 法令に基づき開示等の義務を負わない場合
- 開示等により他者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
- 開示等により当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
第9条（個人情報の安全管理措置）
当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
第10条（アクセス解析ツール）
当社は、本サービスの利用状況を把握するため、Google Analyticsなどのアクセス解析ツールを使用することがあります。これらのツールは、Cookieを使用して情報を収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
第11条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
当社は、法令の変更や本サービスの内容変更等に伴い、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Osuken Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information in connection with the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definition of Personal Information)
“Personal Information” means information relating to a living individual as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, including information that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in such information (including information that can be readily cross-checked with other information and thereby identify a specific individual), or information containing a personal identification code.
Article 3 (Collection of Personal Information)
The Company collects personal information through the following methods:
- Information entered through contact forms
- Email inquiries
- Information entered when applying for services
- Information entered when registering for seminars and courses
- Survey responses
- Information entered when using applications (including account registration by email address)
- Automatically collected information through cookies and other technologies
Article 4 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To respond to inquiries
- To operate seminars and courses and provide related information
- To provide training follow-up services (Patent No. 7578861)
- To provide educational content services for certification exam preparation
- To provide, maintain, and manage application services
- To authenticate users and manage login sessions
- To distribute newsletters, materials, and other notices
- To notify users of important information regarding the Service
- To create and analyze statistical data (processed in a form that does not identify individuals)
- For other purposes necessary for the smooth provision of the Service
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned, except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
- When cooperation is necessary for a national or local government agency, or a person entrusted by such agency, to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may interfere with the performance of such duties
Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information)
The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties. In such cases, the Company will select contractors that are deemed to handle personal information appropriately, require them to manage personal information properly under outsourcing agreements or similar arrangements, and exercise appropriate supervision over them.
Article 7 (Data Storage in Cloud Services)
In the Company’s application services (such as OJT navi), app data entered by users—including categories, tasks, progress data, and other usage data—is stored both on the user’s device and on servers provided through “Firebase,” a cloud service operated by Google LLC.
- Data stored: Email address (for user authentication), category names, task names, learning time, progress history, task logs, user names, and other app usage data
- Storage location: Google LLC (Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore)
- Purpose: User authentication and login management, backup and restoration of data, and maintenance and improvement of service quality

Users may delete app data stored on both their device and Cloud Firestore servers by using the “Delete All Data” function within the app. In addition, users may delete their account information stored in Firebase Authentication, including their email address, by using the “Delete Account” function within the app.
Article 8 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)
When the Company receives a request from an individual for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or similar action regarding personal information, the Company will respond within a reasonable period after confirming the identity of the individual. However, this shall not apply in the following cases:
- When the Company is not obligated to disclose such information under applicable laws and regulations
- When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of another person
- When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper conduct of the Company’s business operations
Article 9 (Security Measures for Personal Information)
The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise ensure the secure management of personal information.
Article 10 (Access Analysis Tools)
The Company may use access analysis tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. These tools collect information through cookies, but do not include information that identifies individual users.
Article 11 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
The Company may revise this Policy from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or changes to the Service. Any revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when posted on the Company’s website.
