オスケン株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

第2条（個人情報の定義）

「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法第2条第1項に定義される、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含みます）、または個人識別符号が含まれる情報をいいます。

第3条（個人情報の取得）

当社は、以下の方法により個人情報を取得します。

  2. メールでのお問い合わせ
  3. サービス申込時の入力
  4. セミナー・講座の申込時の入力
  5. アンケートへの回答
  6. アプリケーション利用時の入力
  7. Cookieやその他の技術を用いた情報の自動取得

第4条（個人情報の利用目的）

当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。

  1. 本サービスの提供、運営、改善のため
  2. お問い合わせへの対応のため
  3. セミナー・講座の運営および関連情報の提供のため
  4. 研修フォローアップサービス（特許第7578861号）の提供のため
  5. 資格試験合格支援教育コンテンツサービスの提供のため
  6. アプリケーションサービスの提供、保守、管理のため
  7. メールマガジン、資料、その他のお知らせの配信のため
  8. 本サービスに関する重要なお知らせの通知のため
  9. 統計データの作成および分析のため（個人を特定できない形式に加工します）

第5条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
  3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
  4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

第6条（個人情報の委託）

当社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を第三者に委託する場合があります。その場合、当社は、個人情報を適切に取り扱っていると認められる委託先を選定し、委託契約等において個人情報の適切な管理を求めるとともに、適切な監督を行います。

第7条（個人情報の開示・訂正・削除）

ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等の請求があった場合、当社は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。

  1. 法令に基づき開示等の義務を負わない場合
  2. 開示等により他者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
  3. 開示等により当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

第8条（個人情報の安全管理措置）

当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

第9条（アクセス解析ツール）

当社は、本サービスの利用状況を把握するため、Google Analyticsなどのアクセス解析ツールを使用することがあります。これらのツールは、Cookieを使用して情報を収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。

第10条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当社は、法令の変更や本サービスの内容変更等に伴い、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Osuken Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

Article 2 (Definition of Personal Information)

“Personal Information” means information about a living individual as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, which can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in such information (including information that can be easily collated with other information and thereby identify a specific individual), or information that contains a personal identification code.

Article 3 (Collection of Personal Information)

The Company collects personal information through the following methods:

  1. Input through contact forms
  2. Email inquiries
  3. Input during service application
  4. Registration for seminars and courses
  5. Survey responses
  6. Input during application usage
  7. Automatic collection of information using Cookies and other technologies

Article 4 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  2. To respond to inquiries
  3. To operate seminars and courses and provide related information
  4. To provide training follow-up services (Patent No. 7578861)
  5. To provide certification exam preparation educational content services
  6. To provide, maintain, and manage application services
  7. To distribute newsletters, materials, and other notifications
  8. To notify important information regarding the Service
  9. To create and analyze statistical data (processed into a format that cannot identify individuals)
  10. For other purposes related to the smooth provision of the Service

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

  1. When required by law
  2. When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain consent
  3. When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain consent
  4. When cooperation is necessary for a national or local government agency to perform duties prescribed by law and obtaining consent would interfere with the performance of such duties

Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information)

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties. In such cases, the Company will select contractors that are recognized as handling personal information appropriately and will seek appropriate management of personal information through outsourcing contracts and provide appropriate supervision.

Article 7 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)

When the Company receives a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. of personal information from the individual, the Company will respond within a reasonable period after confirming the identity of the individual. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  1. When there is no obligation to disclose under laws and regulations
  2. When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of others
  3. When disclosure would significantly interfere with the proper implementation of the Company’s business

Article 8 (Security Measures for Personal Information)

The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and for other security management of personal information.

Article 9 (Access Analysis Tools)

The Company may use access analysis tools such as Google Analytics to understand the usage status of the Service. These tools collect information using Cookies but do not contain information that identifies individuals.

Article 10 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

The Company may change this Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or changes in the content of the Service. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is posted on the Company’s website.
