Working Conditions

勤務条件

Format 勤務形態	Remote (online) — in-person meetings may be held as needed at designated venues in Tokyo or Osaka. リモート（オンライン）中心。必要に応じて、東京都内・大阪市内の所定の貸会議室での対面勤務も実施
Hours 勤務時間	Flexible — approx. 5–15 hrs/week 週5〜15時間程度。スケジュールに合わせて柔軟に調整
Duration 期間	3 months or more (extensions welcome) 3か月以上（延長歓迎）
Compensation 報酬	Paid internship (part-time employment) — hourly wage at or above the legal minimum, to be confirmed at interview. 有償インターン（アルバイト雇用）。時給は法定最低賃金以上とし、詳細は面談にて確認します。 The scope of work and compensation details will be clearly outlined in the employment agreement prior to commencement. 業務内容および報酬の詳細は、雇用開始前に雇用契約書にて明示します。
Learning Program 自己学習プログラム	In addition to paid work, we offer an optional self-development program. Participation is entirely voluntary and unpaid, and is designed to support your personal learning goals. 有償業務とは別に、任意参加の自己学習プログラムを提供しています。参加は完全に自由意志によるものであり、無償での活動となります。インターン自身の学びや成長を目的とした取り組みです。 This program does not involve assigned work, deadlines, or deliverables required by Osuken Inc. 本プログラムでは、弊社から業務として成果物の提出や期限付き課題を求めることはありません。
Language 使用言語	Japanese, English, Chinese, and/or Korean (multilingual environment). AI-powered translation tools are also utilized as needed. 日本語・英語・中国語・韓国語のマルチリンガル環境。必要に応じて、AI自動翻訳機能も活用します。
Eligibility 応募資格	University and graduate students (any year, faculty, or graduate school program) 大学生・大学院生（学年・学部・研究科不問）

Osuken supports not only native Japanese-speaking learners, but also international professionals in Japan who are building new careers in an unfamiliar country. Our work is small in scale, but serious in purpose.

オスケン株式会社は、日本語を母語とする学習者だけでなく、見知らぬ国で新しいキャリアを築こうとしている在日外国人プロフェッショナルも支援しています。規模は小さくても、目的は本気です。

A graduate of Sophia University and NUCB Business School (Master of Business Administration), Masaki spent approximately ten years in training design and human resource development in the steel industry. He founded Osuken Inc. to address two key challenges: the lack of post-training learning retention opportunities, and the shortage of certification support for international professionals in Japan. Osuken now develops multilingual learning content, apps, and a patented training follow-up system.

上智大学文学部卒業後、製造業（鉄鋼業）にて人材育成・研修設計に約10年従事。名古屋商科大学大学院にて経営学修士（MBA）取得。研修終了後の学習定着機会の乏しさ、および在日外国人プロフェッショナルの資格取得支援という社会課題に着目し、オスケン株式会社を設立。特許を取得し、商標登録を行い、多言語教育コンテンツおよびアプリ開発を展開中。
