• 研修フォローアップサービス：お申込み後、研修実施日に合わせて調整
• 外国人従業員向け資格取得サポート：個別にスケジュール調整
• 多言語対応アプリ・業務システムの企画・開発：個別にスケジュール調整

具体的な開始日時は、お申込時にご案内いたします。

申込の有効期限

お申込後、当社が指定する期日までにお支払いを確認できない場合、お申込みは無効となります。

キャンセル・返金について

サービス開始前のキャンセル

キャンセル時期	キャンセル料
サービス開始日の7日前まで	無料（全額返金）
サービス開始日の6日前〜前日	受講料の50%
サービス開始日当日以降	受講料の100%

サービス開始後のキャンセル

サービス提供開始後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。

弊社都合による中止

天災地変、その他やむを得ない事由により、弊社の判断でサービスを中止する場合があります。その場合、お支払いいただいた金額を全額返金いたします。

返品・交換について

本サービスは役務の提供であるため、商品の返品・交換には対応しておりません。

引渡時期

サービスは、お申込み受付後、当社が指定する日時より提供を開始いたします。

オンラインサービスをご利用の場合、以下の環境を推奨いたします。

• インターネット接続環境（光回線またはそれに準じる安定した回線）
• Zoom、Google Meetなどのビデオ会議ツールが利用可能な環境

当社は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

本サービスは、資格試験の合格を保証するものではありません。受講者の学習状況、理解度によって、効果は異なります。

著作権・知的財産権

本サービスで提供される教材、資料、コンテンツ等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。これらを当社の許可なく複製、転載、販売等を行うことを禁じます。

• Planning and Implementation of Corporate Training Programs: Scheduled individually
• Training Follow-up Service: Scheduled in accordance with the training implementation date after application
• Certification Support for Foreign Employees: Scheduled individually
• Planning and Development of Multilingual Apps and Business Systems: Scheduled individually

Specific start dates and times will be provided at the time of application.

Validity Period of Application

If payment is not confirmed by the deadline specified by the Company after the application is submitted, the application shall become invalid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Service Start

Timing of Cancellation	Cancellation Fee
Up to 7 days before the service start date	Free of charge (full refund)
From 6 days before to the day before the service start date	50% of the course fee
On or after the service start date	100% of the course fee

Cancellation After Service Start

Cancellations and refunds requested for the customer’s convenience after the service has begun cannot be accepted.

Cancellation by the Company

If the Company cancels the service due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

As this Service involves the provision of services, returns and exchanges of goods are not applicable.

Delivery Timing

The Service will begin at the date and time specified by the Company after the Company has accepted your application.

System Requirements (for Online Services)

For online services, the following environment is recommended:

Recommended Environment

• An internet connection (optical fiber or a similarly stable connection)
• An environment capable of using video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
• A computer, tablet, smartphone, or similar device
• Camera and microphone functionality (when two-way communication is required)

Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

The Service does not guarantee success in certification examinations. Results may vary depending on each learner’s study progress and level of understanding.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the educational materials, documents, content, and other materials provided through the Service shall belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holders. Reproduction, republication, sale, or any similar act without the Company’s permission is prohibited.
